Integrated Reconciliation is the process by which executives resolve issues related to their strategic agenda. They make some decisions and highlight other issues that need to be elevated to senior executives in the Senior Business Management Review / Executive S&OP. A properly run Integrated Reconciliation will highlight, for example, potential difficulties in meeting this year’s targets or in executing the long term strategy.
